Our talent acquisition recruiter will play a key role in building teams to drive growth and success for the clients we serve. Our focus is on the Financial Advisor space nationwide, no set territories. It would helpful if you have experience in the investment, insurance or financial advice industry.
Compensation is commission only with industry high generous payout and company year-end bonus

Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent.
Conduct candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
