Seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef for a high volume production kitchen. Someone who is exceptionally detail oriented, setting the highest standards and role modeling team leadership. Superb compensation package on offer.

Executive Chef Responsibilities: 

• Ultimate responsibility for overseeing production, quality control and recipe adherence.
• Maintain a pristine establishment that exceeds all Health Department regulations. 
• Deliver exceptional cost controls by constantly monitoring and overseeing a sizable product inventory

Executive Chef Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in high volume catering or event space
• Demonstrated competence in managing a large inventory.
• Contribute towards recipe creation.
• Mentorship to 20+ Sous Chefs and Team Members.
