I am currently working with a highly regarded AM LAW ranked firm , who is actively looking to hire a estate planning attorney to join their practice group in Chicago . Responsibilities You will work closely with Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions. You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families. Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including discounts, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences. Qualifications and Requirements JD achieved at an accredited law school. Minimum of 4 years of private client experience. Strong academics. Licensed to practice in Illinois. Strong writing and case management skills. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, wellness plans, and a 401k plan. Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Partnership track. Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
