Audwin Rowe - State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive visitors
• Respond to routine telephone calls
• Prepare reports, records, and information at agent’s request
• Establish and maintain files
• Requisition Supplies
• Assist in training of less experienced staff

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees
• Ability to apply discretion and appropriate security measures in handling of confidential Information
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to fluctuating workloads and priorities
• Gather information from existing and potential clients
• Pivot clients to new product lines to be developed by licensed team members
• Must become a licensed insurance professional
• Experience in a variety of office support positions
• Demonstrated knowledge of secretarial and applicable office procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational procedures associated with terminals, personal computers and other peripheral equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, punctuation and syntax applicable to the preparation of keyed materials

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
