Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Spark, and Scala . Develop ELT/ETL processes within the Azure ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, etc.). Architect and implement data models, data lakes, and data warehouses using Azure Synapse Analytics . Work extensively with SQL Server , including performance tuning and complex query design. Integrate and orchestrate data workflows using Azure services (ADF, Logic Apps, Functions, etc.). Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data security, compliance, governance, and best practices across cloud-based data platforms. Troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure, performance issues, and data processing jobs. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Data Architect. Extensive hands-on experience with: Apache Spark (mandatory) Scala programming SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization) Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data lake and data warehouse design. Familiarity with Azure DevOps , Git, CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
