Description We are looking for an experienced and visionary Sr. HR Director to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will lead key initiatives that align our people strategy with business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and performance. This position offers the opportunity to design and implement impactful HR solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth. Responsibilities: - Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. - Lead initiatives focused on talent acquisition, career development, leadership training, and succession planning. - Develop and implement HR policies and programs that promote consistency, compliance, and scalability across the organization. - Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency. - Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand and address workforce needs. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive and thriving workplace. - Manage employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters and strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver seamless HR services and solutions. - Monitor HR metrics and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Requirements - A minimum of 15 years of experience in human resources (Tech/Biotech), with a focus on leadership roles. - Proven expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and compensation and benefits management. - Strong background in developing talent management and career development strategies. - Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace. - Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations at both strategic and hands-on levels. - Familiarity with international HR practices and business operations. - SPHR certification or equivalent is strongly preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
