Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT certification to support outpatient diagnostic imaging volumes.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in an outpatient imaging department
• Department performs CT, MRI, x-ray, fluoroscopy, bone density, ultrasound, and both screening and diagnostic mammograms
• Primary responsibility is to support mammography volumes on diagnostic days
• Day shifts are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract assignment
• No on-call required
• Mammography Technologist must be able to work one major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve) during the assignment
• Permanent staff wishing to return as travelers must have a two-year break before being considered
• RTO must be requested up front and cannot be requested after offer
• References are required during the compliance process
• A badge photo is required upon offer acceptance

• Minimum of 2 years experience in mammography
• Current ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
