Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Georgetown, DE, for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services as outlined in students IEPs.
• Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with educational staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents regarding speech and language development.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology.
