We're a forward-thinking real estate team seeking a
savvy, self-starting marketing-focused admin to help us grow our brand, streamline our operations, and build unforgettable client experiences. You'll work directly with leadership, have your hands in both creative and operational projects, and grow a career that can go as far as your ambition takes it.
This role is ideal for someone with
creative chops, strong organization skills, and an appetite for growth -whether you're new to the field or looking to level up.
Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing •
Manage real estate transactions from contract to close with precision and professionalism, using our proven systems and tools to stay compliant and on track
•
Leverage AI tools and creative software (like Canva and ChatGPT) to produce engaging marketing materials-social media posts, reels, email campaigns, print media, and more
•
Partner on planning and executing events that promote the brand, build client relationships, and strengthen our presence in the community
•
Meet with clients in their homes after our sales team secures a listing agreement to gather essential property details and craft compelling listing descriptions and marketing strategies
•
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners-always communicating with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
•
Maintain and improve our CRMs and marketing databases , ensuring all data is clean, current, and optimized for action
•
Bring a creative and detail-driven mindset to every task, always looking for ways to elevate our brand and client experience
W You Might Be a Fit If You... •Are
naturally organized , love to plan, and can juggle projects without breaking a sweat
•Know your way around Canva, social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and AI tools-or you're eager to learn
•Are a
strong communicator who can switch easily between writing copy and speaking with clients

•Enjoy building systems, improving processes, and keeping things (and people) on track
•Have a passion for real estate, marketing, event planning, or all of the above
Qualifications Requirements •Admin or marketing experience (real estate or client services = bonus)
•Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, social media, and CRMs
•Comfortable with creative tools and AI prompt writing (or open to learning quickly)
•High school diploma required; college degree in business, management or marketing preferred; real estate license or pursuit of one is a must.
•Weekend and evening flexibility (for events and time-sensitive client needs)
