We're Looking for a Creative Packaging Graphic Designer

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our creative team—helping to shape the visual experience of our products. From fresh new packaging designs to marketing materials and renderings, your work will directly support both our brands vision and sales efforts.

This role reports to our Superior, Colorado office. It is a hybrid role with 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Annually + Benefits

 

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:

  • Designing packaging for new products and extending existing lines in the fitness space.
  • Collaborating closely with a small creative team to take projects from concept through to print.
  • Updating and releasing artwork, routing for approvals, and reviewing print proofs.
  • Assisting senior designers with visual content like photography, illustration, and layout for packaging.
  • Supporting the sales team with creative assets like sell sheets, mockups, and presentations.

 

You’ll Also Help With:

  • Product graphic design. From color ups to graphic renderings
  • Infographics for major retailers like Amazon, Target and Walmart.
  • Making sure all packaging designs follow brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
  • Creating in-store merchandising tools and retail planograms.
  • Pitching in on anything creative the sales team needs for key buyer meetings.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Graphic Design (or solid equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in consumer design or related fields.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills—especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • A solid understanding of print production processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Ai and Design and how it can improve workflows.
  • Great time management, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • A keen eye for design trends—and knowing when to lean into them or hold back.
  • A link or PDF of your portfolio—show us your best work!
