We're looking for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, help us innovate, and build exceptional computer vision products for the AgTech industry.

🎯 What You'll Be Doin'

• Assist in building and maintaining robust deep learning pipelines.
• Support dataset creation, annotation, and validation processes.
• Train and fine-tune deep learning models for visual perception tasks.
• Prototype, test, and validate computer vision algorithms on real-world datasets.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into our products.
• Help monitor deployed models and contribute to their improvement and scalability.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
• Stay updated on the latest ML tools, technologies, and best practices.

🛠 Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer vision, data science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or strong internship/project background in machine learning, particularly computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Understanding of modern deep learning frameworks (CNNs, YOLO, Vision Transformers).
• Experience with managing datasets, including annotation and preprocessing.
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks (KubeFlow, Airflow, Dagster).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Interest or prior experience in agtech, farming, or online marketplaces.
