The Role: Transcreation (localization) Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing localization projects for the client’s marketing team. The role involves close collaboration with the client’s Project Manager and a network of creative talents across markets. The focus is on building strong relationships with the Client Talent Network and accurately briefing new projects. Strong organization and time management skills are essential, alongside a focus on quality. Key Responsibilities: Localization Network Management Understand contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, SOW, and SLAs; ensure team comprehension Manage and motivate creative talent Coordinate regular meetings and reviews Organize teamwork, create balanced schedules, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery Address team issues proactively Review talent performance and drive improvements Resolve quality control issues Allocate workload and briefs among team members and validators Project Management Coordinate workflows and project processes Support client’s Project Manager in briefing and tracking Lead and motivate junior team members Manage timelines, client expectations, and budgets Identify resource gaps and potential issues Ensure contractual and KPI compliance Address validation network bottlenecks and training needs Plan onboarding for new starters Lead overseas projects periodically Finance Management Plan quarterly budgets Monitor and report on spending Flag significant budget fluctuations Ensure financial compliance Client Management Coordinate between Hogarth, clients, and cross-functional teams Manage client expectations Maintain confidentiality Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Requirements: At least 4 years of project management/traffic experience, preferably in an ad agency or in-house creative department Fluent in written and spoken English Experience with financial responsibilities Proven success managing large, complex projects Experience with global brands across media, print, and digital Experience managing creative workflows from briefing to delivery Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented Inclusion and Impact WPP is an equal opportunity employer.
