Job Description

MAU is hiring an Installation Project Engineer for our client in Richmond, VA. As an Installation Project Manager, you will lead and manage the installation of manufacturing capital equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. This is a long term contract opportunity.

Shift Information:

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with the installation of manufacturing equipment
• (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Proficient project management experience

General Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously

Essential Functions:

• Lead installations from pre-delivery to full completion, managing the change process across assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to processes driving safe installation and arrangement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely installation for production needs.
• Problem-solve and escalate risks to fulfillment as required.
• Manage project timelines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery.
