Monitors and dispatches incoming calls to the housekeeping department and produces task assignment sheets daily. Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service. Prints and posts daily key logs for all housekeeping attendants. Monitors Opera system for early check-outs and extended stays. Updates due-out rooms with supervisors and enter in room discrepancies. Logs all lost and found items in the proper book and follow-up with guests. Radios all guest and other requests to proper personnel and enter into dispatch call log. Generates and prints departure report and room move report daily. Generates and prints reports as requested. Monitors and logs on schedule any call outs, tardies and no-shows. Makes suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs. Establishes and maintain close working relationships with all Hard Rockers to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service. Resolves guest issues. Adheres to department and property policies and procedures. Upholds the Mission Statement - We create authentic experiences that rock.
