Federal Work-Study Job Description  Job Title: Tour Guide  Number of positions: 10 Department: Admission Job Location: Academic Service Building  Supervisor/Timekeeper: Jameelah Means Supervisor Contact: 502-597-6486 Hours per week: 20  Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Admission, its staff, students, and Visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: •General clerical duties (answering phones, retrieving voicemail, and taking messages, greeting visitors, printing, and copying documents • Lead Campus Tours • Serve as a positive role model for potential students and their families • Assist with the preparation, organization, and evaluation of campus tours.   Qualification and requirements: Currently enrolled at Kentucky State University. Must display mature behavior, have a strong willingness to assist students and families in transitioning to college. Must be able to walk campus and be knowledgeable of buildings (can be taught). Love Kentucky State and want help the university to grow. Must complete office and tour training.  Kentucky State University
