Our *Family Law Group* represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, parenting and custody matters, property division, and complex financial and business-related issues. We are seeking an *Associate Attorney with 3+ years of family law experience* to join our growing team.

*For This Position, We Offer:*

Salary ranging from $130,000 - $180,000; however, the base salary offered to an eligible candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This information is provided per Washingtons Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.

*Qualifications:*

Were looking for an attorney who is both a strong advocate, a compassionate counselor, and a dedicated member of the family law team. Key qualifications include:

Minimum of three (3) years of family law litigation experience

Sound organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and convey complex information and concepts

Demonstrated record of excellent client service

Commitment to work both individually and within a team

Perspective and work ethic that combine professionalism with authenticity and good humor

Admitted to and active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
