JOB DESCRIPTION: CRDANCE is looking for Interns and experienced PR professionals who are inventive, articulate and responsible self-starters to launch TEATRO CRDANCE 2025. START DATE: March/April 2025. JOB FOCUS: To launch the Press Campaign and pitch Press Contacts to gain strategic Media Coverage for TEATRO CRDANCE 2025, a new monthly dance performance series that debuts May 2025 at the Martha Graham Studio Theater, NY. TEATRO CRDANCE 2025, curated by CRDANCE’s Artistic Director Caterina Rago, presents Emerging and Established Choreographers and Dancers along with performances by CRDANCE. As someone with experience in the Dance, Theatre and Arts/Culture world(s), and as someone interested in or already an experienced Public Relations/Marketing Professional, with demonstrable Press contacts, you should be undaunted in your ability to pursue and achieve Press coverage in all media for TEATRO CRDANCE 2025. The position reports to Cheryl Kaplan, CRDANCE's Executive Director. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Dance, Theater and Arts/Culture is a plus. Ability to be articulate and convincing on behalf of CRDANCE is essential. Writing skills as needed. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; to be highly organized to pursue and track Press Contacts. Salary commensurate with experience.
