Organizational Relationships: Scope: 1 club Reports to: Personal Training Manager Manages: Personal Trainers Schedule: Full-time, hours vary based on club needs. Responsibilities: Sales: Increase PT revenue, support membership sales, build client pipeline Service: Train clients, maintain cleanliness and equipment Staff Development: Coach and develop trainers, manage schedules, ensure certifications, conduct evaluations Qualifications: Expert Personal Trainer Strong sales, communication, leadership skills Knowledge of fitness programs and software High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred CPR & AED certifications Certifications: Various recognized personal trainer certifications (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, etc.) Experience & Physical Requirements: 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred Management experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move around club Location: Based in Southern California with multiple franchise locations offering extensive facilities and amenities.
